Hello loves, for the holidays I decided to document 12 of my favorite braids & up do styles and teach you how to re-create them. Today is Day One of the "12 Braids of Christmas". I hope you can rock some of these braids this season, be sure to share if you like it, or comment below and ask me any questions you may have. All of these looks are styles I have created and come up with myself and some are a bit on the messy/funky side. Sometimes I get burned out of the usual so I am trying to switch it up a little bit. Go ahead and subscribe to my channel so you can get the videos coming straight to your inbox. Merry Christmas!!!

Halloween Costume Ideas// DIY Pinata
Hello babes, let's just say I am really getting into the Halloween spirit this year and I am not mad about it at all! I feel a tiny bit crazy and a lot bit ridiculous posting this but what is Halloween for if not to be a lot bit ridiculous. So here we go with this easy peasy and very cute DIY Pinata Costume...
Once you cut the paper so 3/4's of it is fringy cut the strip into a couple inch wide sections. It is easier to glue it on the party hat that way.
Okay, on to makeup...yes I am using SPRINKLES and YES it stays on while you blink blink away. The trick is to use Bondage glue !! I tried many things to get these babies to stay on really good and this stuff works wonders. My only real tip is: it works best if there is no makeup on your eye before you apply the bondage glue. Just apply and take a handful of sprinkles and rub it on by dipping your eye into your hand. TADA!!!
I paired my Pinata Costume with a comfy tunic and leggings. I have to take a second to talk about these leggings, they are the worlds most comfy leggings! The brand is Lula Roe and you by them in any color or pattern by contacting my girl Ashley here. (The Tunics are bomb too!)
Happy Halloweening! If you decide to be awesome and do this costume tag me on Instagram with #ElizabethFayeHalloween

Multi Cultural Fashion Inspirations

I am by no means a fashion blogger, but I do eat, sleep and breath everything beauty so I guess fashion just comes with the territory. I am very passionate about fashion and finding "ones style," but I find myself a little self conscious in front of a camera (even though I end up in front of one a lot.)
I was asked by Smartling , a translation software company to help with their Fashion Language Project. They asked "How do different cultures influence your fashion?" I had never been asked a question like that before so I began to go through my closet. What I learned: I am by no means prejudice or even predictable when it comes to my wardrobe. This may sound silly to some but I truly believe that finding "your style" is very important to your own happiness. Personal fashion is a journey, it can go through many phases, you will experience highs as well as lows. Let's be honest: there are a many reasons to ignore you; being poor (for real!) transitioning into post baby-body, learning to be professional while fashionable, staying modest but classy or fear of trying new things.
If you feel beautiful in your skin then you feel unstoppable and you act accordingly. Your children, family, colleagues, friends, peers and you, rely on you so why shouldn't you feel amazing?! I challenge you to work on building a wardrobe that is "you" and work on finding your "style." Your wardrobe doesn't have to be filled with gold and glitter like mine. What makes me sparkle on the inside is to sparkle on the outside. Let your personality, your likes, your dislikes and the world around you inspire you. This is my take on how different cultures influence my closet.

Boho Senior Pictures
I recently just collaborated with Chelsy Boucher, who is a very talented photographer in Southern Utah. She specializes in studio photography, can I just say her newborn photography is OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD! She also is very passionate about fashion and teen photography, let's just say we had a fabulous time styling this senior session together. Of course, all the hair and makeup is done by me. If you would like to book your senior session with Chelsy and I, just hop your happy butt on over to her site-here.
The floral crowns were made by my very talented client Julie Wade the owner of Wild Blooms, she is insanely creative. A big thanks to everyone involved and hopefully you will be just as obsessed with this senior session as I am. Get your spot for 2015 now xoxo!
